I would expect that when coming to my home for incall that you conduct yourself as a gentleman ... always!
Typically, I do not accept your donation until the session is finished. I do this out of respect. I would hope that the donation is what we agreed upon, and it's also nice if you just leave it on the table before you leave. Envelopes are nice too.
Often when a session runs over (and it is not more than 15-30 minutes) I don't ask for the additional fee. However, in this situation I feel that a tip is appropriate. However, if our session does runs over 45 minutes to 1 hour you are required an additional fee. I should not have to ask for it.
